Before attempting to log in, please ensure:

  • You have signed up to H&C and have a valid subscription
  • You are using the email address you signed up to H&C with
  • You are using the most recent version of the mobile app

We have recently upgraded our services - if you are using these for the first time, you may need to restore your iTunes subscription or reset your password using the "Forgot your password?" link. 


The instructions for how to do this are below.


Android

If you already have a H&C Play subscription, you will need to reset your password before you can login (on any device).

Steps to login on Android Mobile and Tablet

  1. Open the new Android app (you may need to update your existing version) and open the menu
  2. In the menu, select "Login"
  3. On the login page, select "Forgot my password"
  4. Enter your email address and click "reset". You will be emailed a link to reset your password
  5. Once you have reset your password, you can use it to login and enjoy the benefits of your subscription


Web

If you already have a H&C Play subscription, you will need to reset your password before you can login (on any device).

Steps to login on Web

  1. Open the website and click on "Login" (you may need to open the menu)
  2. On the login page, select "Forgot my password"
  3. Enter your email address and click "reset". You will be emailed a link to reset your password
  4. Once you have reset your password, you can use it to login and enjoy the benefits of your subscription
