H&C are aware that earlier this afternoon some viewers using Chrome or Firefox browsers were not able to watch our video service right now.  Our technical team have been investigating this.

We understand that viewers on any of our mobile apps and devices or those using Safari browsers did not seem to be affected.


UPDATE at 5:54pm BST - 15th February 2021: All services have now been restored.
